 Welcome to Rock House in the Beautiful village of Glavan Bulgaria

The village of Glavan is situated at the foot of the Sakar mountains. In South Central Bulgaria. Sakar is one of the richest regions in Bulgaria in terms of endangered birds of prey populations. Sakar is widely known for the wines produced in the area, but tobacco growing remains one of the leading occupations.  This area is adorned with rock formations, exotic wildlife and dense forests. It has an abundance of wild herbs, mushrooms and fruit. Numerous streams rush through the villages making it an ideal area for picnics,  and fishing. This region is home for the endangered Imperial Eagle, terrestrial turtles and otters.
